Accommodation & Meals
We look forward to welcoming Teams to the beautiful Sea To Sky Corridor.

Accommodation:
The OC will be using official hotels both in Squamish (4) and Whistler (4). Allocation of the hotels will be done by the OC immediately after the FIS online registration/hotel room booking is closed 60 days prior to the event (November 27th). Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined teams will be accommodated in Whistler while Cross-Country teams will be accommodated in Squamish.
A hotel room booking deposit (75%) from the teams will be required shortly after the online registration is closed (an invoice will be sent to the respective National Ski Association).
IMPORTANT: The OC will organize hotels only for the official event period from January 26 – February 6.
For accommodation outside this official event period, teams are on their own for booking as well as cost, food and transportation – please contact the preferred hotels directly (see hotel information in the Event Invitation).
Meals:
Since many hotels do not have an in-house restaurant, the OC will be arranging catering for breakfast & dinner (in a hotel meeting room or within a short walking distance from the hotel). Lunch will be served at the venue (and is not available at the hotels). The OC food plan starts on January 26th with the lunch meal (teams are responsible for arranging their own meals before this time).
For any other general questions regarding accommodation and meals, please contact the OC management at: info@wjc2023.ca
