Transportation for Teams has been organized for the official duration of the event, starting on January 26th.

A free bus transportation system for Teams , starting on Thursday morning Jan 26th, will be set up between the hotels and the venue for the duration of the event. The detailed bus schedule will be provided to the teams at a later time.
Please contact the OC at info@WJC2023.ca if you need help in planning for your team’s arrival.

Arrivals at the Official Airport
The Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is the official OC airport and where the OC will assist teams with transportation (all teams must request this service). The OC will help organize transportation between the airport in Vancouver and the hotels as per the request received from each team. The cost for this transportation (including luggage) will be approximately 30-40 CAN$ per person each way.
Team Transport hotels / venue

Car Rentals:
It is the responsibility of the teams to rent cars if needed for their staff or for added flexibility. Teams who wish to make such arrangements are encouraged to do so as soon as possible (due to shortage of vehicles). The OC has arranged for a discounted car rental rate at the

Black Tusk Nordic Events Society
focuses on encouraging sport excellence to the World Championships and Olympic levels by hosting FIS sanctioned Cross Country, Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined competitions at Whistler Olympic Park.
